farming tactics in BC

I know a lot of you play World of Warcraft. I have a level 70 rogue, and a level 65 paladin. Anyway, I wanted to talk about the sorts of changes that have occurred in farming tactics since Burning Crusade has been released. In particular, how do you think farming has been altered in the face of flying mounts? Please provide thoughtful responses. My own take on the matter is that flying mounts have added a new level of competition to farming in Outland. The reason is rather simple: the speed discrepancy between non-epic and epic flying mounts is MUCH more significant in Outland than it was in Pre-BC Azeroth. The speed discrepancy has effectively created two kinds of farmers, once you hit level 70: those farmers that can compete with anyone and everyone for resources, and those that are simply too slow!
