Winter Preparations

What winter preparations does every take? I hear this year might be a big winter across the country. We get deicer spray, get the scrappers out all the winter clothes, coats, gloves, hats, stock up the fire wood, get out the nice warm blankets, make sure to have lots of cocoa and green tea on hand. I'm dreading the thought of winter. Its supposed to get cold over the next few days, but then warm back up to 60s for the weekend. Which is good because we have some work to do.

It does not blow hot and blow cold here in Bangalore and the winter is between November and February and during this time only in the evenings, night and in the early morning one could feel the wintry climate, but manageable with sweater, jerkins, wind cheaters etc. No ice, no fog, no mist. No teeth chattering.

Thats not fair at all..lol I think we got like 3ft of snow last year in Feb. We also had days that it was -25 degrees. And such cold chilling wind! How I wish for the warmth again of spring. Not the deathly heat of summer either, I'm not too hard to please am I. It was 110 in the summer time.
