Filipinos are in demand abroad because we are skillful, hardworking, diligent and patient people. We are also good in communication skill for the fact that we can understand and communicate in English. We also have good interpersonal skill. We can easily adapt to new environment and new people.
Filipinos are not only talented but also smart individuals and we use it to our advantage.

I agree with you! Filipinos are smart -- they know how to use their head a lot. And they are very hard working, and willing to do everything and go beyond extra miles just to earn a living. We are sociable and cheerful people and because we are good in communication skills, it only takes a little while for us to be comfortable with others even if they are of different culture. I think there's more...but it would be better heard from other nationalities who had worked with Filipinos too. :)

I'm a Filipino. There are really good qualities of Filipinos that make them indemand abroad,I would just mention some: they are very hardworking, easy to communicate coz they can speak and understand English, they are funny and are trustworthy.

They are generally well educated and speak English, so that can make them desirable to hire for companies in the U.S. In particular, I know of a lot of Filippinos who work in the health care field, especially as nurses and nurses aides. Some hospitals and companies will offer incentives and bonuses to get them to relocate to the U.S.
