we purchased one near disney a few years ago, and we never stayed at it! we just trade it to go somewhere else. But wow the maintenence fees have sky rocketed!

Nope we don't- I often think about buying into one- but I can't quite understand it and I don't have the time to go to Florida and listen to someone give a speech- so must be they can raise their fees- that stinks! Do you live in Florida? Is that why you don't go to that timeshare? I see you can switch with other people right- A 2 week time share in Florida may be good for a 1 week in Hawaii?

no we don't live in florida, but our kids are older so we mostly exchange it for ocean front resorts. we went to palm beach this past spring and it was gorgeous. weve been to arizona, and traded last year for las vegas-but i wouldn't trade for vegas again because you can actually get really good deals for there, and its the maintenence fees that you pay your week. So, actually it cost us about 700 for the week in vegas when typically you can stay for about 500 for the week with the flight included.

I do not but my aunt and uncle do. They have three different time shares. I would think you would only need one. They have used it many times, and seem to love it!

i love the fact that we can exchange it out, and then buy getaways from the exchange company anytime we want. one week at a 5 star in off season is as low as 199.00 sometimes. thats why we keep it!
