I often observe small babies in deep sleep with face downward position on bed. But for me it is very hard to get a sleep with that pose. Even face upward is not suits to me and moreover little bit snorring problem. I am comfortable with leaning on left position.Even right hand side is ok. What about you?

I was told by my parents that when I was young, I never slpet in one position. Now also I keep changing the position and may be for couple of hours I am in position. No, I do not make the face downward, it is sideways.

I normally sleep in a fetal or curled position, particularly on my left side. I have difficulty sleeping with my face upward. After a while, my back hurts so I prefer curling up. ;)

Hi there. I often sleep on my back or side, with my head under the bed covers, I dont know where this habit came from, my husbands always pulling the blanket back of my face, and asks me if I can breathe properly, which I simply reply "yes I can breathe" go back to sleep...

Sometimes I sleep facing downward esp if I have difficulties in getting my sleep, it is easier for me to sleep this way. I moved during my sleep that's why when I wake up I have different position.

When I'm really tired I usually fall asleep on my stomach. Never on my back though, and most often I sleep on my side.
