It's strange that I can't stand liver. It actualy makes me feel sick! I don't eat kidney either, that distinctly reminds me of dogfood. I really try to avoid offal of any description, but pate, I really quite like.
I couldn't eat the stuff all the time, but I like a little spread on toast (how posh am I?!). It's probably because i tasted it when I was young, before I knew what it was made of. If I was trying it for the first time, I doubt I'd even open it after reading the packet.

Rhinoboy - I eat offal that is so well prepared and cooked - you can't even tell it's offal...unlike you, as a kid I would never have eaten pate, but tastes do change as we get older.

No...like you mentioned I am totally turned off by anything made from liver. Ewww I hate liver! Lol. Sorry that I don't share your interest!
