Yes I am but I will hold off on the spoilers. This is the last book and I want to savor it slowly.

I agree. I don't want the story line splashed all TV for us all to see. Might be a case of read fast the first time and then read it slowly to capture all the little twists and turns that we missed the first time!

Seems a pity that it is going to end, but its just about time. There really is nowhere else for Harry to go. Harry and " he that must not be mentioned "are due for the final showdown. Of course we are all optimists and feel sure that Harry will defeat HIM. May be this is Joanna's twist in the tale. Too awful to think of. I think we all wish and hope that that Harry and Hermione ride into the sunset on their sticks and beget lots of little wizards, cure global warming, stop the wars and generally have a great time. Maybe they will meet Frodo at the Grey Havens and and all live in a Hobbit Hole for ever. Nevertheless a fine read and I am starting the last book again, so I am all ready for the last one!

I'm curious, Not only on behalf of the final outcome, but because of so many threads woven by Mrs. Rowland through 7 lenghty novels, that I expect to get solved. I understood that the author conceived the end of her story almost together with the beginning (or before?), so this must give an answer to many open questions.
