what is your Blood Pressure?

178/94.. on blood pressure meds... including xanex for stress

I'm about 127/77 today. Last night my husband and I had a scare though. He was fixing our toilet's seal and lifting the heavy toilet, when he started to have chest and neck pain. We took his bp and it was 196/106. He hasn't been taking his bp med's consistently. So he took it and an aspirin. Within 15 minutes it came down to 136/86...still slightly elevated but better. This morning he was at 122/75. pretty crazy
