Does how much a man earn as salary surpossed to be a yard stick for beginning a relationship or marriage?

Income or salary should not be the be-all and end-all of a relationship to work...it is important, but it is not all to result to a good marriage. It's more on compatibility, give and take, forgiveness, communication, understanding...Even if a man earns a fortune, but the couple cannot make compromises, or are selfish, such relationship would never work. So for me, salary is not the only yardstick to a happy and successful marriage...

in my opinion deppends if the women can bring enough money to make a good living. but in the same time if they really love each other it doesn't matter

Windfall of cash - Money isn't everything.
For dating purposes money isn't a big thing for me. If contemplating marriage I would think twice about someone who didn't have a decent job and make good money.
