Tell me frankly.. Do you snore a lot.. Will your spouse or your family members finds your snoring an irritation... What do you think as a main cause of snoring. Is it a healthy defect? Does snything obstruct our nasal passage ..?
Are there any remedies..

Hey its a natural cause to cnore, while sleeping....(helps you sleep well, they tell)........ Snoring is not an irratation when most of them in the family do it. N to tell you there are no remedies for snoring... As I told you b4 it is a natural cause, and dont worry, there's nothing being wrong in the nasal passage

Seldom, I do. I have to admit it because my wife is already complaining. It may sound funny but I really do it sometimes. I already told my wife to wake me up whenever I snore. But she failed to do it most of the time. I just need to control it.

Ha ha nengs.. if your wife has to wake you up, when your snore, then she MUST NOT sleep all night.... only then she may wake you up.
Thanks for responding.Take care friend.

I don't snore or at least nobody tell me that I did. I hear the main problem of snoring is being obese and also i think if your nose is full and you cannot breath through it. My man is snoring really loud, but I guess I am used to it now. But I remeber the first night I though I eould hurt him with something. also he has another sleeping problems and he is using this loud sleeping machine. Man our badroom is loud as a airport sometimes.LOL

I don't snores but my sweetheart snorts something terrlbie, sometimes. I ususally fall asleep with the TV on for a distraction. I have had to wake him up few times to get him to quit snoring. We're semi-long distance, so not together all the time. I miss him when we're not together, but I sure don't miss the snoring.

My wife often tells me that I snore and sometimes I can feel it, but sometimes not. When I feel that I am snoring, I stop it immediately and wake up a littte, but I will soon fall asleep again if I try to.
I think that it is because we don't have a good rest that makes us snore. Of course, it could be some other reason, for which I am very clear about.
