well before i can make a judgment i need more info? In what catagory would you classify this photo? What do you think are its strong points? weak points?
is it artistic, or depressing? Does viewing it make you sad or happy?
Would you want to frame it to hang on youe wall? If not, why not?

Well, I would definitely consider framing it and hanging it on the wall. What I personally like about the image is the stark blackness of the tree (as well as the shape, I think it's a very interesting tree) against the colors of the sunset sky. I'm not sure that I would call it incredibly artistic, but I like it.

I asked because a photograph is a personal thing. Its like a piece of time from your life that you have captured. Naturally it has much more meaning for you than for anyone else. Print it and hang it on your wall! Everytime you look at it you will be taken back to that Magical Moment!

That is a beautiful photo. Thanks for sharing it with us. The color and light look really perfect in your shot. I don't have a sunset viewable from my home. However from the back of my house I get a wonderful sunrise over the green fields sometimes.
I love to take photos of sunsets, like some pelicans against the orange sky. I like seeing palm trees against the darkening evening sky. It is also so wonderful to get up very early like I did when I was in Guatemala. I loved walking through the dense jungle in the dark and climbing one of the tall Mayan ruins. The sky put on the show dramatic show, turning from black, then orange to blue. The sounds of the animals waking up added to the amazing atmosphere.
