Water is a principal chemical component in our body. Every system in our body depends on water. for eg. water flushes out of vital organs, carries nutrients to our cells and provides a moist environment ear, nose and throat. We loose water every day through breath perspiration, urine and bowel movements.
One shoul consume atleast 2 litres of water in day.
if u exercise, then u need to drink a little more of it. otherwise the body can feel dehydrated.
If u are in a hot or humid weather , it makes u sweat and requires additional intake of fluid. so one should drink more but 2 lts. is a must.
