The works done in our office have objectives in order for our Company to prosper. An employee is rated based on his/her efficiency to do the assigned tasked. The salaries we earned after the end of the day acted as our motivating factor so that we will do the tasks right. This is quite true if that job is your first time after the ardous scholastic stint. However, after a year or two an employee seeks something in the workplace so that his efficiency to work is reinforced. It may be another salary increase or a new pc or a promotion. But not all the of the times material things can motivate an employee. Stories of employess staying in a companies for 20-30 years is so common. Their harmonious relationships to their co emplyees keep them in their officece for quite sometime
