Shes the little ray in my sunshine
My little drop of rain
Shes the twinckle of the star light
My reason to be young again
Grandmas little angel
So sweet so kind so true
The sweet kisses and little hugs
Will melt your heart in two
She has a way of asking for things
To say no is hard to do
To keep her safe and well loved
Is all you want to do
As time moves on so quickly
She knows shes loved by you
Yes shes Grandmas little angel
and now shes six years old

I just wanted to say that's a beautiful poem for your beautiful grandaughter on her 6th birthday. I do hope you have it printed on pretty paper and have it framed for her to look at each year as she grows older.
You should also see if you can publish it, that would be perfect on a birthday card for a child, with a little wording it can be used for grandson, son, daughter and as you have it grandaughter.
