what is your priority to acquire first, house and lot or car?

Here in our country because our means of transfortation is not that good compared to ur neigboring countries here in Asia, if you start here in the city and got your first job, many priorities buying a car than a discent home to live. Personally that is my thinking too when Im strating here in the big city, during rush hour you can hardly got a taxi for a short distance fare, you have to add your fare in order for them to bring you home. Jeepneys and buses are worsed, even the train system is too much dicongest and crowded..That is why when I have my chance to buy a car I did over a good home mortgage. I acquire my first car but Im still renting a small apartment before, and its rampant here in our country, you can see small streets with rented space left and right, but you can see different kinds od cars, SUV etc. parking in a crawded streets, maybe because also of distance factor of the place you work. But Im still saving for my next project and that is to have a discent house to livr in..in Gods will someday...
