Who are more responsible for the break up in relationships -guys or gals?

Last night the local FM Radio channel launched a debate over phone on the question as to who are more responsible for the break up in the relationship - guys or gals? And thanks to the anchor's shrewdness the debate got hotter and hotter . Initially every caller came up with a pragmatic opinion like " both sides are partly responsible . No one can solely be held responsible ." But the anchor interrupted in such a way and instigated the caller that he or she would end up passing a strong provokative comment which would definitely torment the sentiment of the opposite gender audiences . At one time one guy ended up in remarking that gals are are nothing but "fool" and in response to it one gal labelled guys as hopeless in the matter of relationship . I did not know the final conclusion, because I slept before the fight ended . Now I want to know your opinion - who gals or guys are more responsible for the break up in relationship?
