I need to Prepare Staff training and Development proposal for the organisation which has 500 employees at different positions (Managerial, Technical and support). The organisation has Branches at differnent regional. So the strategy Should include all staffs.The given oraganiztion has been engaed in one segment of the society in one of the poorest country.
