Is it easy to get one job for a PHD whose major is plant biology in USA?

I am a student, and my major is biology. In two years I will be graduate, but the it is difficult to get one job. Is it easy to get one job in USA and Europe?

well,as a graduate majoring in biology ,it is ,personally i think ,rather easy to find a good paid job in USA or Europe because of the developed biological industry! However ,if in china,it's very difficult to find the same.
Do you come from china? I 'm from china and major in biology (molecular biology) ,nice to meet you!
