Anything that's too much is harmful to our body. Knowing the right proportions would help us gain the good things about chocolates.
For one thing, experts say that chocolates are actually good for our teeth. Of course, brushing should always be done after eating.
Plus, a portion of Dark Chocolates is good for the heart.
Plus, chocolates are good sources of 'feel good' chemicals to help you have a better mood.
Just don't overdo. Overdoing means eating the whole package in one sitting. A morsel or two would do.

I agree with the other responders here, too much is dangerous to our health. But if I only eat 1 bar fo very sweet chocolate for 1 week or 1 day, I think it is ok.hahaha!

Too much of anything is bad for. Very sweet chocolate are not good for two reasons, the sweetness actually mask the lack of chocolate taste, which means you are eating chocolate flavored sweet and not chocolate. Two, too much sugar is bad for our body (just ask your dentist about it :D).

No their not. But too much of anything is bad for you and me. And it's actually not the chocolate that is bad for us it's the sugar content that's bad.

No, I don't think sweet chocolate is harmful. I have read an article about a research which says that chocolate makes your mind more bright, your body have more energy and even you be more intelligent. However, you shouldn't eat them too much to avoid suffering from diabetes

I like chocolates very much but too much of everything is always bad. We should always be in the state of equilibrium where we balance things. In everything we do it applies.
