how to say "I LOVE YOU" to your loved one in a romatic way...that would make her heart shout out so loud!!!

My husband loves his head to be scratched, you know his hair played with. Everytime I want to say I love you without really saying it, I just do that. He knows that I truly care for him and want him to be comfortable and relaxed.
