For me it's whatever we eat affects our bodies. Our eating habits everyday to determine the general condition of body and mind. To keep our bodies healthy and energetic we have to focus on just the right amount of nutrients your body needs. Obviously, a balanced diet will keep you healthy. A healthy diet contains all the essential components for better health. Carbohydrates, minerals, fats, fiber, vitamins and proteins will make a healthy balanced diet. This component is consumed in the form of fruits, vegetables, cereals, minerals and water. Loss of one component could interfere with your healthy lifestyle.

that is for physical health my friend. but we have to care for our spiritual and intellectual health too. our spiritual 'body' as well as our intellectual body need food and exercise. spiritual body need religion elements. intellectual body need new knowledge and knowledgeable discussion in order to be healthy.
i read a book on this matter, the book says a person has 3 elements/aspect/? (I cant find the right word at this moment) which are physical, spritual, and intellectual. all three have to be healthy if a person want to enjoy the healthy state. what do you think?

For me...I could eat 3 times a day with nutritious foods, good sleep, good health, and good relationship with my family. eheheh
