i do, i use cotton buds and towels just the outside and sometime the inside, i know some people have this solid wax and thus needing an ear cleaner, something made of metal or wood. And for those using that hard thing to get the solid wax, don't do that, an ENT said that it's better not to clean it that way cause our ears really do eradicate that, it will just get out of our ear, and don't use any thing and just insert it in your ear cause it's bad.
So it made me think, what will i use then?
just the towel..
take my advice it came from an expert, or if you have better advices then share it here, thanks!!^^

I use a Q-tip. When I was a child, I had absolutely no ear wax ever come out of my ear. It was weird. Once a year I'd go to the doctor and he would look for wax, and if he found some, he's take it out. As I got older, I did have some, so I used a Q-tip. I clean my inner ear, but not so far down that I would injure my ear. I also clean the inner shell of my ear and behind my ear. It's kind of important, not just for health reasons, but for hygiene reasons. I had a friend when we were younger, and she never cleaned out her ears. If you caught her profile, all you would see is ear wax. It was disgusting! I felt sorry for her, and finally found a way to show her why people looked at her strangely, without hurting her feelings.

I clean my ears with the tip of my towel. Some times I feel some sort of an itch in my ear and then I rub th spot with a match stick, caring not to go much deep into the ear. The tympanum of the ear is very delicate, so we shold take immence care while cleaning our ear, so as to avoid damage to the ear drum.
Thank you.
