Ask your boss for a pay rise.

I want to go and approach my boss for a pay rise but I cant bring myself to ask him. I have more than proven myself that I can do the job standing on my head (so to speak) Anyone have any suggestions on how I can approach him.

Hey man there's nothing in it.... Just be bold enough to approach him and tell him what are all the things you've done for him and the company..... (i.e., when he is in a good mood of course... Otherwise you are sure to get bashed)..... Might be he is in a good mood and he'll offer you a rise
