CashCrate Problems

Is anyone else having a bunch of problems with having ANYTHING on CashCrate approve? Daily Surveys, offers, ANYTHING. I'm just about ready to just give up the site and allow it to RIP, because nothing happens to be doing *anything* at the moment, and I have $17 pending earnings. (Yes, I cleared my cache after each one.) Sent a message to their support team. No answer. I'm just really getting annoyed, and I'm about to just give up on CashCrate and move on to sites that *have* good support.
