D.N. ANGEL is the 11 volumed continous manga created by Yukiru Sugisaki, and it follows the story of 14 year old Daisuke Niwa, who is your average teen with some special DNA in his blood line. Daisuke has a crush on the school cutie, Risa Harada, who is the twin to tomboyish sister, Riku Harada. But when she rejects him, he suddenly forms DNA with Dark, and turns into the un-famously arrogant phantom thief. Dark first falls in love with Riku, upon kissing her which makes her think of him as a pervert, but Risa instead falls for him, loving him when she first watches the news. Risa thinks that Dark's enemy, Satoshi, is weird and arrogant, but in the end possibly falls in love with him. (in anime) In Review, this is a very good manga, but any manga I read I think is the best! It's Shojo, meaning girl manga, but would be a boyish manga I think. The characters are well made, it has a great plot to it and it makes me cry sometimes. A 10/10 for this manga, but still, nothing compares to Mermaid Melody OR Gakuen Alice!
