How many cups of tea or coffee do you have in a single day

almost four cups a day.

always like to see the comments about coffee keeping you awake.Honestly I can't get a good nights sleep without having a reasonably cup of coffee after 4:00 PM.i think drinking coffee is not bad as long as you wont ever get addicted to it.i am not sure 'coz i don't have enough knowledge about the contents of the coffee

I usually only drink two cups of coffee a day but lately I have gone up to four!...lol It all depends on what I am doing. I drink two every morning when I wake up but then if I am busy on the computer with school assignments or Mylot, I would usually brew up another cup. Then there are times when it has been raining all day and I just want to worm up, I would usually drink another cup before lying down to bed. In essence I would say I drink a minimum of two and a maximum of four. All depending on the days.
