HOW can we stop prisoners from harrasing their victims? The man who raped my daughter when she was 6 has been in prison for the last 12 years. For the last 12 years he has been harassing both of us and on July 5th he had someone call my daughter his victim and threatin her life. She is so scared she can no longer sleep. We have went to the authorities and the prison many times and they will do nothing. Some how I want to form a group and change the laws so these prisoners can not contact their victims HELP

I'm sorry to hear what is happening to you and you daughter. The only thing I can think of is call your phone company tell them you're being harrased and to change your number and make it private and unlisted. If you form a group please let me know.

Thank You I do hope to form a group just dont know how. We change our number frequently and they are unlisted. Thats why she gets so scared not knowing how he gets the information.

There has to be something that can be done. Can you have a trace put on your house phone so that they can go after the person who is helping that pig that hurt your daughter.

The call came from private number, they say I need proof that it is from him, but I have gave the prison letters he wrote my daughter threatin her they did nothing. He got her address from his attorney so I tured her in to Oregon State Bar Ethics Committe they determined she did nothing wrong because the no contact order between him and my daughter does not go into effect till he is released from prison so while he is in prison he can do what he wants. This is one law I would like to be heard on and I would like to see changed.
