Ha. Well, one down six to go. I didn't even know about that they were announcing these. I want to see the rest of them! Especially the Taj Mahal and Christ Redeemer. I've wanted to go to both India and Rio for a long time now so why not see those while I'm there? :) Thanks for posting those.

I am not sure why its not in the new7wonders list announced ..but as they were saying before its the oldest standing wonder from the original seven wonders list & all the other wonders alongside giza in the old list do not exist anymore .. & also they kept no votin for giza .. maybe cause its too old & they fear it might not remain too long or something & thus can't be added in the new list.
