Do you respond to all the discussions you start?

I used to respond as soon as the answers came in and now I just have time to come and type a new answer here and there. I haven't been able to respond to answers from my questions in a few days. Do you always respond?

I used to wait a day or two before commenting but then I get busy sometimes. Haha...I ask a question about commenting on discussion and then I don't comment..I'm such a jerk! ;)

Well, my discussions don't have so many responses, so I try to respond to everyone at least with a "thank you". I do rate everyone with a +, agree with them or not, for the time they took to respond. All the best http://shtrumph-lianna.blogspot.com/

Some of mine do, some of them don't. I think it just depends on the day and what time the question was asked. Of course the content of the question too but probably more of the other two.

I do the same thing. I rate everyone what I think they should get...usually positive, I rarely rate anyone negative. Then I try to get back as soon as possible.

I do not always comment on all of the responses on my discussions. For one thing, the guidelines suggest not to do this, as they do not pay for it. I like to comment, as I can, but I do not feel compelled to comment. It is more like a real discussion or conversation if you respond. I try not to start more discussions than I can keep up with, as I just feel out of control if I do. I will try, most times, to resolve a discussion before I start a new one. This week I am not going to be around as much as usual, it will be more like when I am working my school job. So I do not know that I will do anything other than respond to discussions others start. I think everyone has their own rhythym and priorities on the forum.

I read the guidelines about that, that's why I asked. Some people just respond with a thanks, which is nice, but unneccesary. On that note, thanks for your response! :)

I used to do that for all but it is quite a nightmarish task when there are quite a few responses. When I have time, I do that nevertheless. But now, my interest has waned a bit (no small part because of the decline in $ :P) and I might selectively comment unless I have a lot of time. Then again, I have stopped posting discussions for quite a bit already since what I derive from earnings and satisfaction is way out of proportion to the workload. Cheers.

I keep hearing that earnings used to be greater...but it seems to be the same since I joined a month ago. I don't think it's awful what we make here, it's good enough for me just for answering and posting discussions.

yes, i do respond to the questions i just started...why would'nt i do such, i was the one who started it now that someone has reacted to my discussion, i would just take it for granted..no! i would'nt do that....

I think it's good to try and respond if you can. I've noticed that you do respond to all your discussions and that's great! :)

Yrs, I am responding to the vast majority of answers. I think it is polite and it keeps the discussions going.

I agree, but sometimes I don't know what to say if it's a short answer or has nothing to do with the discussion. I'm obviously late at getting back to this one!

Hello Amsterdam, I like to respond to most of them but not always do I get all of them. I have kinda slowed down the past couple of days. But I am in here all day everyday. I've been taking time away, so lately I haven't been right on top of the responses like I was before. Peace, Totty

I'm not on top of responding to all of mine either, obviously! I used to be so much better, haha!
