One day i was searching for some information and all of a sudden i was you've won, you're the 999,999 person. Register to claim your prize and after i registered they did send me a discount flight certificate but i couldn't use it in china.
i started playing this lottory, freelotto and even won $1.00 and donoted it to charity and after some months they stopped me from playing the lotto. i requested for the reason but to no avail. they keep on sending me the results and newsletters and when i try to play they say it's not in your area but first you're no longer iligible to play freelotto.
i did as stated in the terms of service, sent an EMS registered form. what could be the cause of my illigibility?

To begin with, I am surprised that you even managed to receive your prizes. It has been all over the news that online lotteries are scams, you will "win a million dollars" but are required to send "some money" to receive it. And then "send some more money" to cover taxes. And then "send some more money" because you "did not supply enough" to receive it.
You kind of understand what I am getting at. All I received was about 10,000 spam emails to my inbox. ;)

understand what you're driving at, this lottory is NEW YORK FREELOTTORY, when i won they said they'll send the cheque but i donoted it to charity and later they said i'm illigible to play. this one i play the numbers myself. six lottories. win a car, jackpot, and others, i forgot. it's a little long a time.
