Excellent point. Technical colleges are often years behind cutting edge or newer technologies. If you check with post-graduate programs at respected universities you may have more luck. The funny thing is that fuel cell cars do not use brand new technology but the science is improving a great deal. The materials are becoming lighter and less expensive to some degree although there is a considerable amount of platinum used in various designs.
