What happened to those saints that arose with Jesus?

In Mathew27:52,53 many bodies of the saints rose out of their graves and were seen by many in the holy City. What became of those people? nothing is said that they ascended with him, or whether they lived out their lives and died, but if so then they would be in a second resurrection next time. Does any one have some opinions? And what about the scripture that says its appointed to every man once to die then judgement?would not this apply to Lazerus also?
