Shop Problem

Whenever I put an item into my shop I have to put the price in immediatly or it doens't save the price and it remains at 0. This means I can not do the quick stock, and put multiple items in the shop before pricing. I have to put one item in at a time and price it before doing anything else, I have to View Stock instead of Refreshing Page and again, it will not let me price it.
Do you know what I mean? Does anyone else have this problem? How can I fix it?

Like I said to freak, I don't know what browser I am using because I don't know what the browsers are =P lol. I only know how to use a computer, I don't know anything behind it! =D *Clueless* lol

I would send a report to TNT, they should be able to fix it. I know lots of people have been having glitches lately, but I haven't heard of this exact thing.

oh, this has been going on forever. It isn't just a recent glitch. I've tried to have patience with it, but it would be so much easy if I could just quick stock! lol.

What browser are you using? If you have the scripts turned off, that could be your problem. I have never had this happen unless I was using Opera and had the scripts turned off. If you see me on Neo, mail me there or leave a message here and we'll figure it out.

I don't know what you mean by browser or scripts =P hehe. I'm not real computer smart, I can just use one...turn it on and go! lol. :)

I've not had that problem with neopets. I use Avant Browser and Maxthon Browser rather than Internet Explorer. Avant has neopets as the home page and I usually have one page open for my shop and one page open to the shop wizard so I can get close to the lowest price. I always quick stock my items, especially since now neopets takes forever to load a new page. Good Luck

I'd send in a bug report to TNT if I was you. Or you could call the number and one of their people could walk you through whatever needs to be fixed. Sorry I can't be of more help. :)
