Paypal is an unfair service provider

Paypal is an overall frustrating unfair service. According to my transaction experience ran for last 7 months, I am quite disappointed about Paypal service. I am from India. I am having premier account with Paypal. within last 7 months, this is for the 3rd time I have not received my check on time. Due to this reason, I have to cancel my check and have to pay $15 USD for each of the cancellation. In addition to that cancellation charge, Paypal also deducted a huge service charge for each receiving of the payment to my account and also during withdraw during each check cancellation process. It seems that Paypal is simply playing with my hard-earned money every time and without doing any wrong at my end (even not changing my postal address) I have been penalised so badly due to Paypal. I have suffered financially, personally and socially due to Paypal service. I am professional online writer. I have found various employers here in virtual world only deal with their employees or freelancers through Paypal for monetary transaction, however, I strongly oppose to the recommedation.
If any one of you went through similar experience, please share. So that, it helps us all to be united under one roof and protest against this cheap business.

I am from the US and I love paypal. I have never had a problem with them getting me money I was owed or sending payments to people I wanted to pay through their services. I don't like the fact that they charge the people that are receiving the money and extra fee if you paid it with your credit card. But other than that I have no complaints and I am glad that the service exists.

Try this :
Go to www.xoom.com
Register
GO to 'send money' option
Enter the amount u want to withdraw.
Select the mode of payment as Paypal.
Complete the transaction - if you have a bank ac, give your account number - thats better.
You will be give a transaction id, and you can check the status of your transaction by it.
Check after 3-4 business days, your money will be directly transfered in you bank account, it might take a few dollars more though, i hope that wont be an issue :)
