what will you say about these seven new wonders

if you want to know from me,i will say that it is just a show-piece,nothing more than that.i live in India.Tajmahal is in the list of these new 7 wonders of the world.all the things which we saw in these few months are the things to promote business.only votes are required and you had to vote through sms-es,internets and you may buy certificates too.even unesco has not given these new 7 wonders a very reqiured affilation.shame to teh organisers of this event.

I also agree with you that this is all done only for business purposes and we don't even know who conducted this choosing of seven wonders, is it a recognized body or some business minded people but with looking at the event yesterday and how commercial it was, it seems it was not done by any non-governmental and non-profit organization but it is done by only those business people who wanted to earn some quick bucks from it, that's all. anyway I am glad that taj mahal was in that list, at least we got some publicity. LOL
