I have listened to many children under the age of 3 years, describe their own past lives. Children will talk about "when I was a ..." and then fill in details. Some adults think this is just childish imagination. Some adults believe children.
Many cultures believe in rebirth/reincarnation. The Dali Lama is one example, a Dali Lama passes away, and then the search for the next child who states he was an enlightened being begins...

I have heard children talk like that.. I have a nephew when he was 3 and 4 would always go around saying when I was a girl.. I told my sister he must have been a female in his past life.
I believe in past lives and that we are reborn. I believe each soul is created to accomplish a task or set of task so that it can move on to a high plane or purpose and that we are reborn til this task(s) is accomplished.

I think KreativKoncepts was talking about my son Malik. He use to always say when I was a girl and go into detail about things that happened to him. I very much believe in rebirth. I believe our souls have been I guess you would say recycled. I believe when we die our souls are sent to new bodies. Im not sure I believe in heaven and hell so I can't say if our souls ever go such places. But in a way I do believe that there are new souls and old souls. You know sometimes a child will act like they are wise and have been here forever. And then others will act like everything is so new to them.
