R u really making them proud

When it comes to my mom, I have no idea. I can't really remember when she actually told me that she was proud of me. It's been a while. However, my dad often tells me that he is proud and I can tell that he is sincere. He tells me that he is proud of the achievements that I have made, getting to undergraduate school, and all that. Recently, he told me that his father would have been proud of me, if he were still alive. The fact that my dad tells me that he is proud and his father would have been proud means a lot. It shows that I'm doing something right.
