I do a lot of crafting such as scrapbooking and I'm really into latch-hooking. I also spend wayyy too much time on mylot, but for me it's fun, and you can earn some extra money while doing so. I love reading as well...it has always been a big passion of mine.

I'm stuck in the same rut. I'm saving up for a house, so I basically just stay home in order to save money. I have managed to pick up a couple hobbies that are cheap, though. I enjoy reading, and have three bookshelves full of books. I also crochet when I have time. My husband and I took a ballroom dancing class, and go to dances when we can. You just need to get out and try different things. I did a lot of looking at craft stores for things I was interested in, and I'm also looking in to taking classes at the local junior college, just for fun. Some of the things you'll hate, and will never want to do again, but you may also find a fulfilling hobby.

Go out to the store and pick up this month's issue of Readers Digest. There is an article in there about time management, and how to balance time so you can get your work done, spend quality time with your family, your romantic partner, and do things for yourself. I read that article today, and I am going to give it to my fiance. There were a lot of really good ideas in there.
