First best response . . . After how many posts did you got you first BR?

Hello BeachLover! You need not worry about best responses. If you make quality responses, I believe they will start coming very soon and will keep coming afterwards. You may not have been given best response because of some reasons which are not at all your fault. Many people give best responses to their friends, other give them to who has given them best response, yet there are some who give it based on who first responded or they select among the first 10 responders. There are so many ways people choose a best response and it's not always based on quality of discussion. So if you haven't got any until now, it doesn't mean that your posts were of less quality, just keep posting as you do and best responses will keep coming:-) I got my first best response probably when I was close to my 40th post. But I was doing it slowly and keep in mind that people take some time before they decide for best response. So it is quite possible that you may get 10 best responses out of your already made posts, it's just a matter of time and you will see when a discussion is resolved, i.e. a best response selected. So don't lose hope..they are coming in your way:-)

You know I really don't know how many posts I had by the time I got my first response. That was so long ago, but I do remember it was in my very first week of being a member. And at the beginning I only did maybe 5 responses a day. So I imagine my post number was quite low when I got my first best response.

To be honest I don't know if I've ever been rated a BR, I never looked. I just try to answer the best I can and don't prolong it. Some things need long answers, while others things are great simple. Course now you've got me wondering so once I post this I'm going to see if I've got any BR ratings.

ohh, i didn't notice how many post i have when i got my first best response.. as of now, i got two best responses in my 5oo plus posts... anyway, at least i have two... that's a great reward for me.. my rating started at yellow star, then it gone up to red and then blue and then now, back to red star...

I've been here for 6 months already and in as much as I tried to rack my brain and think of the time when I received my first best response, I really can't remember it anymore. I'm not even counting how many best responses I had received until now. Nevertheless, I appreciate the posters who awarded best responses to me. In a way, it can help you stay motivated.

Hello, Icant say exatly when I get my first BR but I hawe not made many responds my rating whas around 25 I think. Today I hawe some more and I get happy every time I get one.I try to rate every responds with + to even the comments. Hawe a nice day.

By my 100th post, i think i had about 10 best responses, you just need to post quality discussions and you get the best responses.Some could have humour-others could simply be well laid out facts based on knowledge, some best responses a merely a product of wit-if you post quality content, am sure you will get a best response very soon! It is indeed a reward to receive best response, but you dont need worry about it unnecessarily for now because it will just come naturally.

I honestly don't know because it was a couple weeks before I even knew about it and that I could check. I still have a hard time keeping up with it and don't like giving best responses because most times all of the responses I get are great. I've not been on myLot much the last month but just a little heads up you will most likely be getting a BR from me eventually because I take turns with my friends unless someone not on my friends list gives a really outstanding response. I just haven't posted many discussions lately.
