What do you do when no one is looking?

My family has been away for the last couple days, and I've realized some of my behavior has changed. I'm not eating as much (now that I don't have to worry about planning meals for anyone else.)and I'm exercising. I don't like to exercise when anyone is home because I don't like people seeing me sweat or look ridiculous. I'm wearing a tank top and shorts, something else I wouldn't wear when everyone is home.
So what do you do when you're home alone or when you think no one is watching you?

I think I do the same things when people are looking or not looking...I dance with other people...exercise with others and eat with others.
I am thinking and I can't find anything except taking shower when nobody is looking....
I also like to be in sauna alone (when nobody is looking) and I would never go to co-ed saunas or steam rooms..(many open in Europe)....

I will talk to my cat hehehe My husband always listens and laughs when I talk to her so if he leaves I feel more free to talk to her and no one will laugh at me.

When I'm home alone, I don't bother dressing, I stay in my pijamas. I also put on my music really loud -if my family was in the house I wouldn't be allowed to- and I hardly ever get meals ready, I just snack on the first thing I can lay my hands on and leave everything lying around since I'm too lazy to pick things up and keep everything tidy. This is why my parents try to make sure someone is always in the house with me, I'm a real slob. xD

I dance and read things out loud. I also sing, because I feel embarrassed when I think someone hears me.
