Well, chances are if you can't find a proof of payment picture somewhere on the internet then its a scam.
I hate to break it to you, but honestly, most "get-paid-to" programs that ARE legit have proof of payment on their website. If you can't determine that sort of evidence I'd say you should probably stop wasting your time.
My favorite of all the 'get-paid-to' sites is Quick Rewards. They don't offer great pay per survey, but they are VERY legit and they process and pay you within a few hours of your request. Oh, by the way, you can request to be paid at any point in time.

total scam website..i had $75 and after days of cashin out i still havent got my money.They very very rarely pay you and after i gave my complaint they said that my account was fradulent.This sucks balls..

WOW what a total my friend. I am signed up with them as well and I think I am sitting at like $26. I haven't ever been given enough surveys or web sites to visit to get that much. Mind if I ask you how you did it LOL I haven't made enough yet to cash out.

You had $350 worth of surveys to do in 2 days? I signed up a week ago and have yet to break $30! I'm still trying to figure out if it's legit or not. I don't think it is.
