What are my options

I currently have arthritis in my ankles. I have not sought treatment for it because my father suffered from the same affliction. The doctor he used prescribed braces that froze the ankle joint in place. As a result, he never had use of his ankles again. I do not want this to happen to me. I am too young for this to happen. What are my options?

Try MSM, another supplement. This has really helped me. Another thing that has helped me is magnets. My husband brought some home from work. . .some small brick-type magnets. I used to put them on my feet, one on top and one on the bottom and lay down for 5-10 minutes and the pain would just go away! I now use magnetic bracelets. People say the magnet thing is all in my head. I don't care! My feet feel great when I use magnets.

I read in Reader's Digest that Botox is actually very good for a number of medical conditions, I believe arthritis may have been one of them. I can't say for certain that I'm 100% sure but I think it's worth looking into if it can in any way help.
