my theory of why people are getting banned..

ok friends, there are guidelines of do's and dont's that we must follow in order to be an excellent member of mylot..as we all know breaking rules are somewhat very tempting to do as they say "not following the rules can be very delightful"..
lots of our friends who had given their time and dedication in here..i cannot enumerate their names one by one but we all know who they are..some are banned without anonymous reason that mylot is keeping it a mystery to all of us..
some are banned for posting URL links..some are banned for violating guidelines..but the question remains unfolded of how do user get banned?
my theory about it as i already voice it out and some members do not agree along with my theory, but i want you all to analyze this and tell me your opinions..
i hardly think that people get banned once a user reported another user abusive..once we creat new discussion and response we see a little mark ! on the left side and once we clicked it the user gets reported and banned without prior notice...but remember people, that not all of the user are grown ups though we see lots of members who are already on the right age..(i dont wanna say old they might poke me..lolzz) but some just wont act like adult grown ups..so when they dislike you and when they find your topic getting popular and when they find you earning much than they do..they start to take action and report us abusive even if we are not doing any violation..
so we are banned assuming, the question now is..do mylot really have enough focus on their members or they just wait for a report and take action and even if they say they are investigating..are they really?
think about it people..analyze and tell me your opinion..any comments are appreciated just please think before typing..

Dear angel_of_charm
I agree that user gets banned only when other members report about their post .. but they will be banned only if there is something wrong with their post .. or there is a violation of their rules .. but in my opinion if a user is an active member of mylot and never did any kind of violation on mylot and accidentally done something wrong then for the first time mylot should forgive that error and leave the member with a warning and provide him the rule guide of mylot so that he can go through it and will avoid future violation. Though whoever is reporting about a particular post or a member must be a free person who have lots of time to report about other members .. or I can say the member is a jealous person .. We have to be very very careful about this thing.

i had made my way through this..all was already set clear to me now..i violated some guidelines and mylot had finally specified it for me..lately i had copied and paste some informational discussion which was stated i violated some guidelines..but somehow things are never forgotten to be analyzed of what was the real thing going on here..i cannot say much.ive been warned to talk about it.

yeah you can say that..others get banned because they made mistake..but lots are banned for no reason and still the crooks who keeps on violating the rules are still hanging..never kicked out..

Hi angel_of_charm! Gosh, is this really happening? You know very well that I am new here and the information that you have just divulged is really an eye-opener. However, we just have to be more careful with the rules but as you have said you don't know still why you were banned. That's really scary especially when you have invested a lot of your time building your name and site and have already established a wide connection of friends in here...that's really awful. I hope there won't be any case like this again and I really am hoping that we be given warnings first before a drastic move be done to us. Good luck and more power to you.

i had assmed everything in here..well we all know everything that happens has its own fault to make it happen..mylot had returned to me already and it says i was banned because of violating guidelines which was posting some good jokes..and yes, i overlooked the guidelines on that but it did not happen to others..from what ive learn mylot had furnished everything now..jokes and copy pasted informational discussion are erased..fair enough to do so for it started on me..
