help with slayer

Go to the burthop slayer master and get your first slayer assignment. He'll tell you to kill a certain type of critter and how many. You'll get slayer xp for killing them as well as combat until you finish the assignment, then get another.

depending upon your level, you should seek out the best slayer master for you. if you are a low combat level (anything under lvl 50) you should see tureal, he is in burthorpe, as you are new to members, i am assuming you don't know where that is yet... so: go to falador and walk north towards dorics hut (free to play quest start for dorics quest). to the west of dorics hut is a gate that leads into taverly, go through it and go directly north to reach burthorpe. tureal is in a small house that on the mini map shows a yellow face icon. talk to him about slayer tasks and he will give you easy low leveled monsters to kill, things like goblins and skeletons. if you are above level 50 combat, i would suggest that you see vanakka, he is under edgevil, on the way to the hill giants, he does not give hard tasks, but the experience is much better than tasks from tureal. i hope that helps :)
