Career after college?

How long did it take you to find the right job after graduating college? I graduated in Marketing and got a sales job, but it sucked, so I went back to the place I worked before until I find something else. Why is it so hard to find a good job??

I also just graduated from the university. now i serves as software developer in a IT company. i noticed that you are from USA, in my opinion your country provides the enought employment opportunities, maybe your objective are too high? I know for a newcomer just step into the society, there are some differences existed between your imagenation and the reality! but it will pass, hold on your horses , i bet you can find a ideal job soon. good luck to you!
