How many children is the ideal one?

As per me in todays world i think only one child is sufficient..u can nurture the kid with real values and make him/her understand the value of life..single child can get all ur love and affection and is quite close to you..this is my opinion...rest its an individual's decision.

i agree with you, these days, it's really difficult to raise a big family. of course one consideration would be the financial aspect. personally, i would like to have at least 2 children and a maximum of 4.

To me the ideal number would be two. One girl and one boy. If I have more than that, I am afraid I could not concentrate in giving them the most love and care that I should.

Now a days kids more than two or one is immpossible to bging up and it is good enough to those who are financially fit,but i prefer one kids as we are capable of it to swijm throuigh the todays expences.

I don't agree that raising a child is any more difficult these days than it used to be. Back then, people had less money but things also cost less, everything kind of evens out but i think these days people are choosing not to have as many children just because they believe they can be a better parent to less children. Maybe! I would like an in between family, maybe 3 kids would be ok for me coz then it's not a huge amount but it's still not a small family. I am the oldest of 3 myself & my partner is the oldest of 4 so even though we think 2 kids is a good number, i really think i'd like to have 3 children. All that might change too, once the 2nd child comes along i might decide that's enough for me & not have the urge for any more.
