traumatic experience

Ever heard of this scamers? "Westhamltd"? This guys fooled me by posting their ultra cheap game console and other electronics. And I was totally fooled that I even send them my one month saving! They charged me of $139.99 for the game console I ordered and that includes the payment for shipping. And this guys suddenly send me an email that my package will be burned by the customer service! What a lame reason! And they said that the customer service charged them of $600 plus, if they don't pay, my package will be burned!I got mad of them because of that lame reason, and they said I must pay $250! Were the Hell I'm gonna find that kind of big money?! And then, I just realized that they were just scaming me. This was really a traumatic experience. I don't know what to do, and until now I can't get over with! Anyone who had the same experience, just feel free to post your response and for those who could help me from preventing this people from victimizing other consumers, please post your response.

First of all if you sent money through your bank you need to contact them and tell them what is going on. Next you need to contact your county attorney and they will start the process. I would then call the company and let them know you have an attorney involved and if you do not see your package or refund within 5 business days the attorney will file charges. You can go to scammers websites and report them as well so others won't fall for it. Be loud and stand up for your rights. When I did this I got my refund. They had been taking money out of my account ever week. Just keep after them!!

What a pity! I hope the person doing this to you will get his punishment. You have spent your whole month salary to buy this thing but later it turned out to be a scam! I hope next time you will be a little careful about stuffs like this. People are doing everything to get money.
