HTML is off!!!!

Hellow ... Wish you a very good day. When I post comments on my friends' pages, e-mail IDs and Web Site Addresses / Links are not working. In other words, HTML is off and these links are not clickable. But I have seen some messages posted by my other friends, which contain the links and these are fully clickable. Please guide me how to make HTML workable before posting messages / comments etc. Thanx. ....dspatiyala....
