How to send money by ikobo?

Do you have ikobo? Is it easy to send money? Why I want to send money, but the ikobo cancel my apply? Do you have the same experiece? Please help me..thanks.

Whu do not use paypal. It is reliable also. I use it for all sites to get payments. I have never tried ikpbo.
