Do you wear spectacles? Have you ever lost it?

Yes I do wear glasses. However I have never lost them nor severely broken them. However, you are right that when you cannot wear them anymore it is really frustrating because you can't do a lot without them. But since my eyes are still reasonably ok right now I can live without them except in the classroom where I have to look at the far board and take notes.

I wore spectacles since I was a middle school student. I was having shortsighted defect but not very serious. I still could see without the aid of glasses. For this reason I always simply leave my glasses at any place at my house. Very often I spend a lot of time hunting for them when I really need it to read newspaper or books with small printing. It is rather unpleasant to search for spectacles when they are needed urgently.

HI there.. I used to wear spects when I was younger, but ever since I entered in college, I have shifted to contacts.. They r much more convenient to wear.. But I must say, I had never lost my spects, but yeah, did break them a couple of times or more...

I'd say you might want to be more careful with your glasses or maybe think about contacts if you lose them and break them so often. I've had glasses for about 15 years and I've only ever broke one pair. I've had contacts for about 11 or 12 of those 15 years and I never have many problems.

I've had glasses since I was ten, but strangely enough I've only broken them once. The invisable wire under one of the lenses snapped, and I had to duct tape it to be able to see. .___. It was a couple of painful weeks until I got a replacement.

Fortunately and unfortunately, I am shortsighted and have to keep my spects on all the time. As such, I have never misplaced my spects as I am either wearing them or have them near me (for example, when I am sleeping).

I used to wear spectacles before. I have breaked it couple of times before. I was frustated to have replace it again and again. Then i finally gave up the idea of spectacles. And started wearing contact lens instead. They are much convinent than the spectacles.

i wear glasses to and i hate when i misplace them. i feel like the walkin blind when it happens. i think i only broke my glasses one time but i had contacts to wear. the worst thing that ever happened to me was i was in middle school and i lost one contact. i had to walk around the school with one contact in for like a week before i got a replacement lens. it was horrible seeing out one eye for a week.
